In partnership with the PMO of one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, Karrin designed a fit-for-purpose change methodology, embedding useful prompts and resources within existing ways of working so HR was empowered to lead change effectively. Teams reported better collaboration and a new focus on measurable implementation goals to drive efficiency.
