Frank transitioned to the KF Professional Search business  in 2011 from the Korn Ferry International Executive Search business where he was a Senior Associate for the Global Consumer & Industrial Practices and has been with the Korn Ferry organization since 2000.

Specific to sales, Frank has successfully completed executive search assignments across multiple industries including Global Sales, National Account Sales, Sales Operations and Regional Sales leadership position positions in both product and service environments.

Specific to Marketing & Digital, Frank has successfully completed executive search assignments across all functional disciplines including several multi-channel Chief Marketing Officer, Digital Officer, Customer Relationship Management/Loyalty, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Product Management, Ecommerce Leadership, UX/UI, Product Marketing and Brand Marketing assignments in both Business to Consumer and Business to Business environments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry International, Frank worked as an Executive Recruiter for a boutique executive search firm specialized in middle management recruiting for the Building Products & Consumer Durable Goods industries.   Frank began his career in the Retail industry as a District Manager for a global retailer.

Frank graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in May of 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is a member of the American Marketing Association, National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training & Development, World at Work and the Organizational Development Network.
